Traditional Reflexology

£55 (50 minutes)

Traditional reflexology is a gentle, non-invasive therapy that encourages the body to balance and heal itself. It involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet. These points, or reflexes, map the organs and structure of the body as well as a person’s emotional wellbeing.

Traditional Reflexology has many benefits, including easing symptoms of physical ailments such as period pains, endometriosis, headaches and migraines, digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome; sciatica or other back related problems, improved circulation and blood flow, reduction of swelling of localised areas, plantar fasciitis, insomnia, hormone imbalances; as well as easing feelings of stress, anxiety or depression.

Pregnancy Reflexology

£55 (50 minutes)

Pregnancy reflexology is designed to support both Mum and baby in-utero, at any time throughout Pregnancy. During pregnancy, your body goes through significant physical changes which effect the emotional, hormonal and physiological balance of your body. Reflexology during pregnancy will give you time to de-stress and relax. Pregnancy Reflexology helps to rebalance hormones, reduce morning sickness, alleviate back or pelvic pain, lower blood pressure and anxiety, help with disturbed sleeping patterns and many report a sense of calm and deep relaxation for both themselves and their baby. Other benefits include help with headaches and constipation.

Pregnancy Reflexology can be beneficial from any point during your pregnancy. However, from 37 weeks, it is recommended to come for Reflexology every week in the lead up to your birth.

Postnatal Reflexology

£55 (50 minutes)

Postnatal reflexology is the perfect gift for any new parent! The benefits of postnatal reflexology include supporting the immune system, rebalancing hormones, encouraging the body to heal itself naturally and can boost breast milk production if you are breastfeeding. It really is a beautiful way to celebrate you, your new baby and encourage your postpartum body to heal and rebalance itself. Many new parents find they experience Baby Blues during the 4th trimester, which postnatal reflexology can help to ease on an emotional level.

You are very welcome to have baby with you during the treatment, it is a lovely way for you both to connect to each other; or if you’d prefer some much needed time to yourself, that is absolutely fine too.

Reiki Energy Healing

£55 (50 minutes)

Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-intrusive treatment, used for balancing, healing and harmonising the body. The word Reiki means ‘Universal life-force energy’. The most common feelings experienced during a Reiki treatment are deep relaxation, heat or warmth from your therapist’s hands, a floating or sinking feeling, tingling sensations and emotional releases. Reiki is an Eastern form of spiritual healing, where the therapist will hover over your Chakras or place their hands on areas of the body, such as the top of the head, shoulders and ankles; whilst channelling healing energy, or a “spiritual energy”.
